Welcome back to another Top 5 Wednesday. The topic for this week is Characters’ Fitness Routines You Want.

This can be interpreted a bunch of different ways! Fitness comes in many different packages. This can be about characters who are super fast, strong, agile, good at dancing, good at climbing, athletes, or foodies! Whatever it means to you. This is inspired by those routines you see in magazines for actors, but with more of an open mind and less body shaming 🙂

1) Lex Knightley & Quin McAllister from Legacy by Ellery Kane

There running routine is intense. Plus can we say #relationshipgoals! I wish I had the ability to wake up early and go for a run. Who I refer to as ‘Nighttime Sarah’ is ALL about plan to wake up and go work out, but ‘Morning Sarah’ is never having it.

2) Katsa from Graceling by Kristin Cashore

Her daily, and even some middle of the night, dedication to improving her fighting skills to coverup what her real grace is, is insane.

3) The Runners from the Maze Runner by James Dashner

I think I just have a thing about having the willpower to go for a run. #RunnersEnvy

4) Rio from Atlantia by Ally Condie

Rio’s dedication to those swimming competitions to be able to get herself to the land is so inspiring. I can totally relate here, I have this fondness of the water – there is just something so refreshing about being totally submerged in water. Although, I’m on of those weirdos that needs to plug their nose and close their eyes underwater. But you give me a pair of goggles and I’m golden.

5) Lena & Hana from Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Again, Lena and Hana’s constant bike ride and runs together – past the statue! – is again something I envy. I wish I had a running buddy that lived down the road that would force me to go everyday. I mean, I have my dog, but he’s too found of squirrels to be a good running buddy, plus he stops at every tree.
